Over 38,000 Pakistanis deported from Gulf countries in 2025

Islamabad: (Lord Media) In 2025, more than 38,000 Pakistanis were deported from Gulf countries, according to a report presented in the National Assembly. The majority, 27,692, were deported from Saudi Arabia.

The United Arab Emirates deported 6,794 Pakistanis, Oman 2,537, Bahrain 786, Qatar 644, and Kuwait 163.

A total of 780 Pakistanis were deported on allegations of begging, with 767 from Saudi Arabia, 10 from the UAE, two from Qatar, and one from Oman.

Additionally, 1,025 Pakistanis were deported due to drug-related charges, and 109 for theft. Illegal entry resulted in the deportation of 4,872 Pakistanis.

The report also noted that 1,933 were deported due to lost passports, and 1,639 were blacklisted.
